Payment, Delivery & Refund Policy

1. Digital Product

All eBooks, PYQ books, study materials and mock-test products sold through DLP ASSAM are digital products unless clearly stated otherwise. No physical copy will be delivered for products listed as digital eBooks.

2. Payment

Customers must click the Buy Now button for the selected product and complete payment using the available checkout or UPI payment method. The customer is responsible for confirming the correct product and price before payment.

3. Digital Delivery

After successful payment confirmation, the purchased digital product will be provided through the digital delivery method connected to the checkout system. Delivery may be made through a secure download page, email, WhatsApp or another supported digital-delivery method.

4. Payment Failure

If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, the customer should contact DLP ASSAM on WhatsApp at 7664024838 and clearly mention the issue. Do not share confidential banking information, OTP, PIN or passwords.

5. Refund Policy

Because eBooks are digital products that can be accessed or downloaded immediately, completed digital-product purchases are generally non-refundable after successful delivery or access has been provided.

If a customer is charged due to a technical error and the purchased product is not delivered, the issue will be reviewed and suitable support will be provided.

6. Duplicate Payment

If a customer accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same product, the customer should contact DLP ASSAM with the relevant transaction details for review.

7. Incorrect Product Purchase

Customers should check the product title, medium, university, examination and price carefully before completing the payment. Once a digital product has been delivered or accessed, it may not be eligible for exchange or refund.

8. Unauthorized Distribution

Purchased digital products are intended for the personal educational use of the purchaser. Reselling, redistributing, publicly uploading or sharing purchased PDFs without permission is prohibited.
